Packet Pick UpWe are happy to announce that the 2017 Sports and Fitness Expo will take place at the Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center on Stadium Way. The Training Center was named after Firefighter Frank Hotchkin who was killed in 1980, after falling through the roof of the building as he was working to put a fire out. Thousands of firefighters attend trainings at the Center. We are excited to be able to continue to grow our partnership with the LA Fire Department.

The venue offers free parking and easy access from any direction. Located on Stadium Way, right next to the main entrance of Dodger Stadium.

Participants will have the opportunity to pick up their race packets, race t-shirts and enjoy a family fun day!

The Expo is a family event with the inclusion of many free kid-focused activities including:

  • Free Kids Fun Run
  • Face Painting
  • Clowns

Each participant of the Kids Fun Run receives an official bib and a finisher's medal.

For our inaugural year we had a great turn out, exceeding our 1st year goals, and registrations at this moment are over double last year at this same time. Our goal is to register 8,000 runners, and we will have a few thousand more supporters, family and friends coming to the expo for race packet pick up and t-shirts. It is a family event with the inclusion of many free kid-focused activities including: the free Kids Fun Run, face painting, clowns, storytelling, snacks, a public safety demonstration and displays including a demonstration by the LAPD police dogs.
